These persons present a very low employability rate and limited personal and professional skills: no work experience, lack of specific training, long periods of unemployement, previous problematic circumstances in their life stories (addiction problems, mental illness, periods of seclusion in prison, non recognised disabilities,etc.)<\/p>\n<p align=\"CENTER\">In order to revert this situation, Varazdin Foundation develops different productive activities and provides service to institutions, companies and individual clients.
